Information you give us

• Job applications. When you apply on our Careers page, we collect your name, email, phone number, the role you're interested in, your experience and availability, your message, and the resume you upload. We use this only to review your application and contact you about it.
• Calls, texts, and emails. If you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and we use it to answer you and to take care of your pet's appointment.
• Online booking. Our "Book Now" buttons take you to our booking system, MoeGo. Information you enter there (such as your name, contact details, and your pet's details) is collected through MoeGo so we can schedule and confirm your appointment. MoeGo's handling of that information is described in its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses a few standard tools that collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, the website or ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city level, based on your IP address). Some of these tools use cookies or similar technologies.

• Google Analytics, to understand how many people visit and which pages are helpful.
• Google Ads conversion tracking, to see whether our Google ads lead to visits, booking-button clicks, or phone-call clicks. Google may use cookies to measure ad results and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
• Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly visitor counter that does not use cookies.
• Google Maps, embedded on some pages to show directions. Google may collect information when the map loads.

We do not use these tools to identify you by name, and we do not collect payment card information on this website.

How we use information

• To book, confirm, and provide grooming services, and to answer your questions.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.
• To understand how our website and advertising are working so we can improve them.
• To keep our website secure and to comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our booking system (MoeGo), our website host (Vercel), secure file and database storage for job applications, and the analytics and advertising-measurement tools listed above. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our customers, staff, or pets.

We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing purposes.

Your choices

• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Google ads. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center.
• Your information. You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond, our website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.

How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example, job applications for as long as we are hiring for that role and for a reasonable period afterward, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children

Our website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as MoeGo, Instagram, Yelp, and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top.
